For years Pilates has been popular amongst gymnasts, dancers and celebrities. Pilates can be thought of as movement therapy which increases flexibility, strength, endurance and co-ordination. This results in a stronger, leaner body and an improved posture that is less prone to injury.
Mind and Body in Motion offer individual or group mat-work classes in the comfort of your own home. A progressive personalised programme will be developed for each client to keep the sessions fresh and challenging.
